Where are you located out of?
Proudly designed, printed and shipped just outside of Los Angeles, California.
Do you ship internationally?
Finally, Yes! Depending on the location, shipping will be calculated. Tracking numbers are always provided so please be patient as this may take some time.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped via USPS. Please note that the following are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed. For more accurate delivery information, be sure to check your package tracking.
- United States: 2-7 business days
- Canada: 1-3 weeks
- Mexico: 1-3 weeks
- International: 3-4 weeks
What is your shipping/return policy?
Unless the product arrives damaged or defective everything is final sale. All products are inspected and packaged with care before shipment.
In the case of clothing and apparel, for sanitary reasons no returns are possible so please order your correct size.
Can I return or exchange a sale item?
No, we are a small operation and cannot offer exchanges or returns on sale items... if we send an incorrect size or defective merchandise, then we will of course make it right.
My prints arrived rolled up and curled, how do I fix this?
Packaging prints in poster tubes is the safest and most reliable way for prints to arrive undamaged, folded or creased. If your print is curled from being rolled up for too long during shipment, place a sheet of paper on top of your print to protect its surface and weigh it down with a heavy book or a smooth, flat object for a few hours. Remove the books and the prints should be flattened out.
It is highly recommnded to store these prints in a binder or framed on a wall.
Keep prints away from humidifiers or steaming sources as it could damage the print or cause the ink to run. Do not steam, mist or iron-out prints, they are not clothes...
Package Delayed, Missing, or Damaged?
Please note that once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of USPS, and we no longer have control over the delivery process. For any missing or delayed packages, we recommend reaching out to USPS directly.
In some cases, USPS may mark packages as "delivered" before they actually arrive at your location. If this happens, please allow 1-2 more days for it to arrive. In the meantime, check around your property, see if a family member received it, or ask your neighbors if they might have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
As USPS is responsible for the shipping and delivery, I typically cannot offer full refunds for issues they cause other than physical damage to the product.
Each pre-order product will display an estimated shipping timeframe on the product page. These estimates may change due to manufacturing delays, bulk shipping issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep the product page updated with the most current shipping timeframe. To stay more up to date on changes, you can follow us on X, Instagram, or our Telegram channel.
Shipping for orders containing preorder products:
If your order contains one or more pre-order products, the entire order will ship only when all products are in stock. This includes in-stock products like prints and stickers, which will be held until the pre-order products are ready to ship.
To avoid shipping delays, we recommend placing a separate order for in-stock products and another for pre-order products.
This system prevents packaging waste, shipping costs, and confusion for both you and our team.
